How long we keep information

We keep records, where appropriate, for the statutory required time.  We only keep personal data for as long as we need it and/or a maximum of 2 years if retention is not a statutory requirement. For marketing preferences we keep records until you ask us to unsubscribe/no longer want to hear from us.

  • We have a joint controller relationship with Equalatte who manage Grandpa Joe’s Potting Shed. We process your personal information with that joint controller for the following reason: Marketing and promotions purposes, email mailings and events
  • Suppliers and services providers who are data processors
  • Verisure Services UK – This data processor does the following activities for us: Security services (intruder alarms, motion detectors and cameras)
  • Sheffield Business Systems IT & Telecoms – This data processor does the following activities for us: IT and Business Systems support
  • Marvel Training Limited – For the purpose of Industry Training Courses
